4.2.1 Kin Yat shall use only the components and materials that have been approved by iRobot for the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications that include any specifications, engineering changes or amendments thereto. Kin Yat shall be responsible for preserving, acquiring and ensuring that it is always available for inspection by iRobot or its designee any documentation indicating that all of its third party suppliers are in compliance with the applicable Material Declaration Requirements.
