All-terrain stroller that is lightweight, durable and offers great maneuverability. The compact fold that can be folded with just one hand makes it simple to move. It also stands on its own when folded. The cushioned seat reclines to a near-flat position, and there's an enormous storage bin and canopy. The suitability for newborns is yes and with a separate carrycot (not suitable for sleeping overnight).

Good suspension and air-filled tyres can handle rough terrain. It's also suitable for jogging, but you must wait until your baby is at least six or nine months old before doing this.

Ickle Bubba Air

This pushchair from Ickle Bubba is a brilliant choice for parents who want a lightweight buggy with enhanced features. It is an all-in-one travel system that includes a lie-flat carrycot designed for newborns, a multi-position forward and rear facing pushchair seat as well as a choice of a car seat, so you can have everything in one package.

The XL Air is a really impressive car, and it's easy to understand why it has received such high praise from customers. It is incredibly lightweight - the wheels and chassis weigh only 6.5kg. It's also very simple to put together. In fact, I was able to put it up and running in just five minutes, which is amazing considering that it also included a strapping of the fabric for the carrycot!

The seat is spacious and comfortable for Annie, who is 12 months old. The recline lever was simple to use. There's plenty of room in the basket and I like the fact that it comes with a zip-up compartment in the handle bar so you can keep your keys and phone safe!

The handlebar is a bit low, which may be an issue for parents who are taller. However, it's encased in a gorgeous leather-like material that is soft and comfy and wipes down easily, so it's still easy to push even with bags and children on your hands!

Hauck Pushchair Runner

The Runner is designed for athletic parents who are eager to go outside and explore. The large pneumatic wheels can be utilized on field and forest paths. The front wheel is lockable and swivels to increase the versatility. The stroller also features five-point safety harnesses with a front bar to keep your child secure on all journeys. The parking brake keeps the stroller in place while you take a rest. The seat can be adjusted to a laying position and the canopy can be opened to allow for maximum air circulation during hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm to fit mum or dad.

The Runner will accompany you on your next adventure, whether it's a quick jog, a longer hike or a long-distance trek. It has a fully-flat lay-flat seat that has suspension air wheels that provide an easy ride. The front wheel is lockable for more stability on narrow streets and congested sidewalks, and the stroller folds up easily to fit in car boot spaces and storage areas.

Some parents have reported that the Runner 2 to be a little more difficult to navigate than its predecessor, and the locking system isn't as user-friendly (requiring two buttons on the opposite side of the push bar). The handlebars are a bit higher than those of some competitors, and therefore may not be suitable for taller parents. However, this stroller is sturdy and a lot of fun and should be considered by families with active children.

Red Kite Push Me Pace

Red Kite's Pace is a great product from the affordable British brand. They are well-known for their well-designed, no-fuss products that are essential to parents. It's their latest and most expensive addition to their stroller line that is a bargain and lightweight. Like the Ickle Bubba Aurora or Yoyo it's car seat compatible so you can use from birth.

The new Pace boasts some fantastic design elements, like the rose gold tint of the chassis, hood and stroller trims, which make it stand out from its competitors. The grey, tan and cream fabrics used in the stroller as well as the car seat are fashionable and there's an option to add the leather handle for the cover and bumper bar as well.

It's suitable for babies up to a maximum weight of 22kg and the stroller seat can easily be converted from the carrycot to a 2-in-1 reversible mode, facing the parent or the world. The stroller seat offers multiple lie back positions, soft padded leg rest support and has an extendable sun canopy featuring concealed zip sections, a viewing see through flap and an retractable sun visor.

When folded when folded, the Pace measures 56 33cm x 43cm x 32cm which is perfect for hand luggage on Easyjet and Ryanair. It's also a breeze to collapse, with two buttons on the handlebar's opposite side which just click in and pop up.

Bugaboo Fox 5

Bugaboo's Fox 5 is designed to be the ultimate all-terrain stroller. Its unique chassis features shorter wheel length which makes it easier to maneuver than its predecessor. I tested it with my two kids - an eight-week-old and a toddler - on rocky roads, grassy wooded walks and even cobblestones.

The large, puncture-proof wheels - 22cm or 30cm in size are able to handle a variety of terrains. The wheels come with a flap that can be opened or closed to let more air in when required. It's a bit bigger than most pushchairs, but it does not feel heavy or bulky when pushing over bumpy surfaces.

The fabric of the seat is machine washable, as are the frame and faux leather grips are easy to clean. It's also quieter than other pushchairs and I felt at ease using it in busy City Mini GT2 Lightweight Stroller - All-Terrain Pushchair streets. It has integrated accessory points that allow you to attach parasols and footmuffs as well as changing bags, snack trays, and even snack tray. You can also use the hood to block wind and rain, although it's not particularly waterproof. It's a single pram, however, you can also attach their Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) to give your child more legroom. It took about 20 minutes to put together the bassinet, and the same amount of time to transform it into the seat.

UPPAbaby Ridge

If you're looking forward to running in the morning cool air or a moonlit stroll under the stars, the UPPAbaby Ridge makes every moment a shared adventure. This stroller that is all-terrain designed to keep both you and your child engaged.

The massive foam-filled 12" and 16 "tires provide smooth rides regardless of the terrain. The suspension system that is patent-pending allows you to effortlessly glide across woodland paths while minimizing the impact on your child's legs and rear. And the reliable hand brake with a performance disc allows you to stop quickly, even when running downhill.

From bustling farmers markets to street musicians singing, the Ridge navigates all your city's most popular scenes with ease. The large basket is able to hold all your essentials as well as market purchases, while the large canopy provides protection from wind and sun. The large front canopy unzips to reveal two peekaboo windows that make it simple to observe your baby's surroundings.

The Ridge's reversible seating allows you to decide if your child is facing the world in front of them or you, and its simple foot brake system is intuitive for parents with young children. The reversible handlebar is a great feature that lets you adjust it according to your height. And unlike other strollers that jog the Ridge folds reliable and stays self-standing while folded.

iCandy Core

iCandy's latest pushchair is truly innovative and comes with a host of features that are going to wow parents. It features a Multi-Mode wheelbase and a pioneering LED Visibility Hub Light, which is an industry first. It also comes with an integrated Ride-on Board which helps save on future costs and makes it easier for a tired toddler to accompany your family on outings.

The Core is available as an entire travel system or as a single seat. It works with most popular car seats, including the ones from Cybex Maxi Cosi Joie. It also comes with the largest seat in the iCandy range, so it can last through your baby's early years and beyond. As with all iCandy pushchairs, it's luxuriously designed and features high-end knitted jersey fabrics. The child's bumper bar and the parent's adjustable handlebar are made of soft leatherette. The calf support folds away are also very comfortable for children.

ickle-bubba-venus-max-jogger-stroller-black-black-black-2394.jpgI was awed by how easy it is to fold and collapse it only takes one hand, even with the seat unit in place. It can easily fit in your boot or hallway, making it ideal for travel. The iCandy Core includes a variety of accessories, like an iCandy Core-branded changing rucksack and footmuff/liner.
