We don't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does have a great suspension to reduce bumps for the passengers.

The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a problem that's common with twin frame strollers, but Joovy does offer a separate under-seat baby carrier bag to aid in addressing this issue.

Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage options however we'd prefer to have a bit more flexibility from our strollers. The stroller's flexibility in seating configuration is a big plus. Parents can put their infant car seats either the opposite direction or in the same direction, depending on their requirements.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

The Delta Children LX Side by Side received a top score both for weight and folded size making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review.
