Some double pushchairs only allow you to seat your children side by side and are generally world-facing. However there are some notable exceptions, such as the Bugaboo Donkey or Mountain Buggy Duet that can be set up to be front and rear facing (though this will increase overall chassis width). Kerb popping is generally more straightforward with a tandem, but getting through narrow doors and aisles of shopping can be a challenge at times.
