Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant to taste. It mellows and becomes a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that can be enjoyed by itself or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It's a perfect match for lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water is then moved through the grounds using the plunger, do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.
