Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious by itself or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water is then pushed through the grounds with the plunger, do not stir or stir the coffee, as this can result in unpleasant components in your cup.
